Blog Summary

Hey guys!

Finding light in so much darkness can sometimes be so hard to do, yet that’s how I grew up. The purpose of this blog is to help those that may feel like they are surrounded by evil and don’t know how to escape. That was me at one point in my life.. but I found light and I know you can too :) to help illustrate my story I want to share my experiences in the hopes that someone can find joy like I have. Now my story is quite long so to do this I’m going to split it into several posts.

The first will show how real and dark domestic abuse was for me as a child, how home for me wasn’t a safe haven but rather a cell.

2nd will be how I managed to escape that horrible home only to find myself trapped in an even darker hell where emotional abuse was rampant and “Cinderella” was my nickname.

And 3rd will be how the light found me. When two LDS missionaries knocked on my door and changed my life forever.

These stories may not be the easiest to read. They may open a lot of your eyes to things you have never imagined. What I've learned through my trials however, and what I'd like to share with the world is that we can be happy, and that if we persevere God will help us. Because he has with me :)
